Planning and Resources Committee

Terms of Reference

The Planning and Resources Committee (PRC) is a sub-committee of the VCEM. Its role is to:

  • Discuss and review profile, budget and related plans and processes for approval by VCE
  • Review profile and budget submissions and make recommendations to VCE about these
  • Recommend to VCE the budget allocation for all capital items.

  • Executive Director Financial Services
  • Pro Vice-Chancellor Business
  • Pro Vice-Chancellor Design and Social Context
  • Pro Vice-Chancellor International and Development
  • Pro Vice-Chancellor Science, Engineering and Health
  • Vice-President Resources
  • 3 Heads of School (nominated by their relevant PVC)

In attendance

  • Associate Director Budget and Financial Performance Management (Secretary)

Other stakeholders are invited to attend as required. PRC meets approximately every three weeks.
