Apprenticeship Administration Unit (AAU)
Previously known as the Apprenticeships Administration Branch.
Regulates apprenticeships and traineeships in the state of Victoria under the Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority (VRQA). Processes and registers training agreements and monitors completion, cancellation, variations and suspensions. Operates the Apprenticeship Administration Information Line, through which you can contact apprenticeship field officers who serve as intermediaries between apprentices or trainees, employers and registered training organizations (RTOs).
