Tim is a Senior Lecturer and the Program Manager of the Global Indigeneity and Reconciliation Program of the Global Cities Research Institute.

Tim holds an EngD (Cranfield University), an MSc (Cranfield University), and a BEng (Hons) (University of Liverpool), and previously worked in production and maintainability engineering in the aerospace sector. He has led various projects as a practitioner, a researcher and as a research supervisor. Tim researches craft and knowledge work culture in and between organisations in a post-colonial world. He currently teaches intrapreneurship.

Tim is a fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering Panasonic Trust in recognition of his studies in sustainability.
