Exam venues
Exam venues open 20 minutes before the scheduled exam starting time. You should aim to arrive at least 10 minutes before the venue opens.
RMIT takes all reasonable steps to minimise noise and interruptions at exam venues, but there will be times when this cannot be achieved for the duration of every exam. Concessions will not normally be granted where unavoidable noise or interruption occurs during an exam. This reflects the reality that graduates will be expected to work under pressure and in less than ideal conditions from time to time during their careers.
Please note that only non-carbonated water is permitted in the venue and is to be brought in a clear plastic bottle only.
Practical exams
Some programs run practical exams in specialised venues. If this applies to you your school will provide you with details of these exams.
