OHS management system
We are currently in the process of implementing a new and improved OHS Management System for the University.

Many people play an important role in OHS from Health and Safety Representatives, First Aiders and Emergency Wardens.

There are various health, safety and wellbeing programs and events on available across the University.
- Lunchtime Lecture Series: Goal Setting 18/05/2013Achieve your goals by changing the habits which stop you from reaching them! This is a practical workshop in which we provide the participants with a booklet to be filled out during the session in order for people to identify what is holding them back and how to proceed.
- Travel Advisory – Avian Influenza [A(H7N9)] 16/04/2013International SOS advise that over 60 people in China have been infected with this new bird flu virus [A(H7N9)] since February, with at least 14 deaths. Few cases have been mild however; most have reported severe illness or are in a critical condition. Current cases have been sporadic, and there is no known link between the sick people.
